Mysql se cuelga al consultar

Cuando selecciono con 2 condiciones, mysql siempre se cuelga. Para mí, el problema es muy extraño:

  1. Es solo para esta table
  2. Solo sucedió en mi cuaderno. Tenemos server de testing (linux) con la misma versión mysql y el mismo SQL está bien
  3. No ha sucedido con ninguna condición solo
  4. Intenté soltar y recrear la tabla, volcar datos y el problema sigue siendo
  5. Intenté volver a instalar la misma versión de mysql y en mi cuaderno volvió a pasar
  6. Alguien dijo que mysql 5.6 está bien, no lo he intentado

La versión de Mysql es 5.7.17.OS: win7 64. Quiero usar 5.7. ¿Alguien puede dar un consejo?

PD: ¿Es posible que el problema sea relevante con my.cnf ?

Deberías intentar actualizar Windows.

En mi caso, MySql 5.7.17, server de Windows 2008 R2, actualice Win a sp1 => resolver ese problema.
